Privacy Statement of LOADXL / Cookies
This Privacy Statement applies to all communications, services, products and activities of LOADXL.
General
LOADXL processes and manages personal details from future, current and former employees, (customers of) clients, suppliers and other relationships in various (information) systems. It concerns various personal details, such as name, sex, contact details and so on. The processing is effectuated for several different purposes, such as being able to adequately perform assignments. But also for the implementation of statutory and/or contractual obligations or within the scope of a (future) relationship between employer and employee. There are also other interests that can make it necessary to process personal details. LOADXL processes personal details in accordance with applicable (inter)national legislation and regulations, contracts with clients, suppliers and other relationships and the (privacy) policy of LOADXL.
How LOADXL handles personal details
LOADXL handles personal details confidentially and carefully. Personal details are only stored if it is necessary and serves a legitimate purpose. In this respect LOADXL always takes the interest of the party concerned into consideration. Only those employees whose job performance absolutely requires it, have access to stored personal details. LOADXL never shares personal details with third parties for the sake of direct commercial gain. LOADXL only shares personal details with third parties if the services it provides require it, the parties concerned have given their permission for it or if there is a statutory obligation to do it. LOADXL applies a high level of security to its computer systems, but liability for damage due to (illegally) obtained information from the systems of LOADXL is explicitly excluded. LOADXL deletes personal details upon request within a reasonable period of time after termination of the contractual relationship if a new contractual relationship is not expected shortly or as soon as there is no longer a statutory obligation to store them, but never longer than that permitted by law.
Right to access and right to object
The parties concerned can get access to the details collected by LOADXL on the party concerned and the purpose for which they are collected. In addition, parties concerned may request an alteration and/or deletion of their personal details, without LOADXL charging a fee for it. Finally, the party concerned may object to receiving information from LOADXL through the various media. Any party concerned having any of the preceding requests can submit it in writing to info@loadxl.nl

LOADXL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement. Every adjustment will be published on this page. We recommend that you consult this Privacy Statement regularly.
