LoadXL is a member of the Federation of Dutch Forwarders (FENEX). The purpose of this branch organization is to improve the trade position of Dutch freight forwarders, both nationally and internationally.
FENEX forwarders know that everything revolves around reliability. That is why they continuously work on the quality, continuity and manageability of logistics systems. Only companies that are known in good name and fame and that pursue a policy aimed at quality and continuity of service can become members of FENEX. That is why there are strict admission requirements are set.
In order to emphasise the reliability of FENEX forwarding agents, FENEX has introduced a guarantee fund. This guarantee fund means that if a FENEX forwarding agent goes bankrupt, under certain conditions the FENEX Guarantee Fund will compensate the client for any financial losses.
